If there’s an issue with your order
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and include clear photo proof of any damage or defect. This helps us review your case and assist you accordingly.

Returns (exceptional cases only)
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, any loss in value may be deducted.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery. Additionally, we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost by the shipping courier.
