We'll create a hand-drawn illustration for your approval before production.

For custom colors, you can either select one of the colors shown in the listing photos or browse www.icolorpalette.com.

If you choose a color from iColorpalette, please provide the corresponding Pantone code below.

After receiving your pet's photo, we'll create a hand-drawn illustration within 5–7 business days for your approval.

Once approved, your custom scarf will be carefully crafted within 7-14 business days.

All packages are sent from Indonesia via registered air mail. Tracking will be provided once available.

Shipping time ranges from 5 to 15 days, depending on your location.

▶US: 5 to10 days.

▶Europe: 10 to 15 days.

▶Asia: 5 to 15 days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
It ranges from 3 to 5 days. If you are buying it as a gift, please upgrade to express shipping to ensure the product arrives on time, as standard shipping may experience delays from the shipping carrier.

Kindly note that upgrading your shipping only speeds up delivery time and does not affect the production time required for your order.

The following items are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

If there’s an issue with your order
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and include clear photo proof of any damage or defect. This helps us review your case and assist you accordingly.

Returns (exceptional cases only)
If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, any loss in value may be deducted. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Additionally, we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost by the shipping courier.
