PROCESSING TIME:

Personalized: 15 business days.
Customized: 15 business days after design approval.

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING:

All packages are sent from Indonesia via registered airmail. Tracking will be provided once available.

Shipping time ranges from 5 to 15 days, depending on your location.

▶ US: 5 to10 days.
▶ Europe: 10 to 15 days.

▶ Asia: 5 to 15 days.

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
It ranges from 4 to 7 days. If you are buying it as a gift, please upgrade to express shipping to ensure the product arrives on time, as standard shipping may experience delays from the shipping carrier.

Kindly note that upgrading your shipping only speeds up delivery time and does not affect the production time required for your order.
