registered air package. So you can always track the package.

The following items can’t be returned/replaced or refunded.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns/refunds for the following:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
In exceptional cases where returns are granted, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please write within seven days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
We cannot be liable for mishandling product(s) and usage. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Our shop is not liable for packages lost by the shipping courier.
